Caregivers working for St John of God Health Care can access important information relating to their employment, support their learning and access their caregiver email account via several online portals. Your caregiver number and password is required to login to these portals.
Caregiver Employment Services (CES) Portal
The Caregiver Employment Services Portal is an employee query management system which allows caregivers to submit and track employment and payroll related enquiries, access employment resources and update personal details, access payslips and submit leave requests through MyPay.
MyPay provides secure access to payroll information including payslips and leave balances. You can update your personal details and make leave requests via MyPay.
MyLearning allows you to manage your learning and development goals online. You can apply for relevant courses and programs, complete competency assessments, and keep a record of learning and development activities for professional registration purposes.
Clinical reference library
Our clinical reference library provides current, evidence-based information to all health professionals to support best-practice patient care, research and caregiver education.
Access the clinical reference library on Cora (onsite or via remote desktop). Support is available to all caregivers to access library information by emailing [email protected].au or phone 08 9438 9593.
Use the Kronos web application to view your roster, timecard and shift availability.
Visit the MyAccount self-service portal at any time to change your password/passphrase. You can instantly regain access to your account if you have forgotten your password/passphrase.
If you have forgotten your password/passphrase MyAccount will need to confirm your identity through an SMS code sent to your mobile phone (this will be the mobile phone number you have registered through MyPay).
If you are accessing MyAccount outside the St John of God Health Care network (for example if you are working from home), you will also need to sign-in to NetIQ as part of the process - select the 'Smart Phone app' option when prompted for authentication.

Pulse caregiver app

Mind Tools is a learning tool provided to St John of God Health Care caregivers. It is a completely self-directed, innovative and exciting way to learn new skills and knowledge. This platform has high-quality, expert-led content with broad and deep content that can be used by all caregivers within St John of God Health Care.
Employee Assistance Program
We partner with Converge International to provide its Employee Assistance Program to our caregivers and their immediate family members.
