The two suites are double the size of our standard rooms and provide patients access to accommodation and services aligned with exclusive offerings found at leading private hospitals internationally.
From the moment patients staying at The Suites arrive onsite, they experience a new level of excellence, comfort and privacy.
The suites are being launched as part of a 12-month pilot, allowing us to test the model and assess its long-term viability as part of our hospital’s major redevelopment project.
Patients in the suites will receive the same high-quality, safe clinical care provided across all areas of our hospital.
Suite bookings open Monday 28 July, 2025.
Designed for the comfort of patients and their guests, each suite includes:
- spacious lounge area with large TV and access to streaming services
- large bed
- generous ensuite bathroom
- temporary overnight accommodation for family and visitors
- kitchenette with a fully stocked fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities
- beauty chair
- video conferencing facilities, allowing patients to stay connected
- robe and slippers
- luxury toiletry package
- allocated parking bay.
Patients can also invest in one-on-one nursing care, delivered by one of our experienced and compassionate nurses – providing consistency and familiarity throughout their stay.
On arrival, patients will be greeted by a concierge and discreetly escorted to their room, where their admission will be undertaken.
Patients are welcome to stay in a premium suite if it is deemed clinically appropriate by their admitting medical specialist and the hospital.
Due to specific clinical needs:
- The suites are currently not available to all patients across all specialties, including maternity and palliative care, or to patients who are acutely unwell.
- They are most suitable for patients undergoing orthopaedic, gynaecology, urology, general surgery, or plastic surgery procedures.
- Patients must be aged 13 years or older.
If you are interested in staying in a suite, please speak with your admitting specialist.
Bookings must be made by your specialist or their practice staff on your behalf.
Once your booking is confirmed, a member of our admissions team will contact you directly.
The nightly accommodation fee of the premium suites is currently $1,000 (introductory price).
This amount is not covered by private health insurance and is in addition to standard hospital expenses.
Patients can also invest in one-on-one nursing care, delivered by one of the hospital’s experienced and compassionate nurses.
