He spent two decades as Professor of Theology and Ethics at Alphacrucis College and during his tenure served as Dean of Theology and Chair of the Academic Board. In 2010 Shane had a serious accident that left him a quadriplegic (C5 Incomplete). His latest book is Crippled Grace: Disability, Virtue Ethics, and the Good Life and his research explores what it means to flourish in the face of the vulnerability and hardship of life. He has substantial experience as a patient and client of the hospital and healthcare industry. Join us for drinks and nibbles at this event to hear from renowned author and academic Shane Clifton about his journey.
