Caregiver resources is evolving
We've improved how caregivers securely access internal resources.
Access to the caregiver resources page now requires both Microsoft Authenticator and Microsoft Edge apps.
What you need to do
1. Download and set up Microsoft Authenticator and Microsoft Edge from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android):
You can also view the Microsoft Authenticator installation guide.
2. Download key apps like Workday and UKG Pro to ensure continued access to key systems.
Once you have both Microsoft Authenticator and Microsoft Edge you can access the new caregiver resources page on Cora.
Please note: NetIQ will no longer be available after 12 August 2026.
