GP education events
St John of God Health Care offers high-quality continuing professional development (CPD) for general practitioners. Delivered in partnership with our specialists, our education events provide practical, interactive learning across a diverse range of medical and surgical specialties, with a focus on real-world clinical application.
The Medical Board of Australia requires all health practitioners to complete 50 hours of CPD each year, including:
- 12.5 hours educational activities (EA)
- 25 hours reviewing performance (RP) and measuring outcomes (MO), with a minimum of 5 hours in each
- 12.5 hours of activities from any CPD category.
