Getting here and parking
We have parking onsite, a drop-off area and a taxi rank close to the entrance. The hospital is also easily accessible by train and bus.
Changes to hospital parking
As part of the redevelopment, a new medical services building will be built at the front of the hospital, including a new façade.
Due to this, the front entry of the hospital (Via Drummond Street) will be closed for the duration of the project. This will include access to the front visitor carpark and main hospital entry.
The main temporary visitor car park entry will be adjacent to the Emergency Department (entry off Mair St).

Public transport
The hospital is easily accessible by public transport with a bus and train station less than 2kms away.
There are two bus stops located on Drummond Street North with buses leaving regularly from Little Bridge Street Interchange (Route 11) every 30 minutes.
Ballarat Train Station is 1.2 km away and easily accessible by taxi.
For train timetables please visit the VLine Rail website. For bus timetables please visit the CDC Victoria website.
