nursing and post-acute care (PAC), supporting patients recently discharged from hospital to their home; and,

Home help and care after surgery

Our hospital in the home nursing services support patients returning home after having surgery, an operation, or a stay in hospital.

Our senior registered nurses help you with recovery, reducing the risk of complications or readmission to hospital. We can also work closely with your treating physician.

The types of after-care we provide in the home includes:

post-operative care
monitoring after surgery
caring for surgical wounds, drains and catheters
pain management

Personal home care

Our home care services provide assistance with your medical needs while also supporting your independence and dignity at home.
