Welcome to St John of God Murdoch Community Hospice
Providing compassionate, end of life care for people with a life-limiting illness, while also supporting carers and loved ones, is at the heart of palliative care provided at St John of God Murdoch Community Hospice.
Our specialised palliative care is provided by health professionals who consider the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients and their families and carers.
We work with you to make the transition to home as smooth as possible by linking you with community support services.
