St John of God Murdoch Community Hospice is one of the leading specialised palliative care hospitals in Western Australia and provides compassionate end of life care to the people of Murdoch and surrounding areas.
We provide a range of facilities for patients and visitors, including tranquil gardens, a family room with library and kitchen facilities, children’s playground and Footprints Day Centre.

We provide a number of additional clinical services, enabling easy access to health care services.
Pathology
Pathology services are located on the ground floor of the Wexford Medical Centre on Barry Marshall Parade, Murdoch.
Our experienced team includes specialists in pediatrics and difficult blood collections. We offer bulk billing for pensioners, Veterans’ Affairs patients, and Health Care Card holders. No appointment is required, except for glucose tolerance tests.

Pharmacy
A retail pharmacy operates from the Wexford Medical Centre available for patients and members of the community.

Florist
A florist is located on the ground floor on the main hospital and offers a wide range of bouquets, floral arrangements and gifts.
Gift baskets and special occasion bouquets are also available on order.
Chapel
Our interdenominational Chapel is located just as you walk through hospice main entrance.
You are welcome to visit this tranquil place for reflection, prayer or a few quiet moments. Our hospital television network broadcasts Mass and other Chapel services on channel 15.
