Dr Ken Thong is an endocrinologist providing all aspects of endocrine care for inpatients and outpatients at St John of God Murdoch Hospital and St John of God Mandurah Consulting Suites.

He has published numerous papers on new treatments for type 2 diabetes, co-authored a diabetes book topic and has presented study findings at various international meetings. He has served as a senior lecturer and clinical academic for the University of Western Australia. He participates in an Indigenous outreach clinic. He is also the Clinical Lead for the Department of Endocrinology and Diabetes in Rockingham General Hospital.
