Dr Raj Tota is a Medical Oncologist who is passionate about providing holistic care for patients with cancer, in a multidisciplinary setting.

He received Oncology training in New Zealand and Australia. He has a vast experience in the management of various cancers and has been instrumental in providing Oncology services in various regional Australian centres.

His main areas of interest are head and neck cancers, urological cancers and lung cancer. He has completed a Masters in Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Sydney and is actively involved in clinical research and management of patients on clinical trials. He is a co-investigator for clinical trials exploring the role of newer treatments for various cancers including head and neck, renal, bladder, lung, gastro-oesophageal, colorectal and breast cancers.

He is actively involved in the teaching for the junior doctors and has also participated in the development of online resources for the Royal Colleges of Physicians.
