Mr Noel Russell is a specialist in Otolaryngology, the specialty of all conditions of the Ear Nose and Throat. He is a graduate of the University of Melbourne Medical School in 1983 and acquired the fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (Otolaryngology) in 1994 in Victoria.
Prior to practising in Geelong, he worked in Dundee, Scotland and Bristol, England. Mr Russell has appointments at University Hospital Geelong (formerly Geelong Hospital) and St.John of God Geelong Hospital.
He is actively involved with the Deakin University Medical School.
