Dr Adelouwa (Ade) Freeman is an experienced Australian trained medical oncologist with a diverse background in two continents.
He completed his medical education at the Obafemi Awolow University in Nigeria, graduating in 2008.
In 2010, he migrated to Australia and underwent specialist training as a medical oncologist at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Fiona Stanley Hospital in Perth.
Dr Freeman successfully obtained Fellowship of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
With expertise in various areas of medical oncology, Dr Freeman treats all malignancies, with a special interest in GBM, urological, colorectal, lung cancers and breast cancers.
He is dedicated to providing comprehensive and specialised care to his patients. He strives to deliver a compassionate, personalised and empathetic approach to his patient care.
As a committed medical professional, Dr Freeman is a member of esteemed medical associations such as the Australian Medical Association, which represents the interests of medical practitioners across Australia, the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO), an organisation that promotes multidisciplinary cancer treatment and research in Europe, as well as the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), a leading professional organisation in the field of oncology in the United States.
Dr Freeman’s diverse medical background, specialist training and active involvement in professional associations highlights his dedication to delivering comprehensive and specialised medical oncology care.
Ade is happy to see South West patients (insured and uninsured) at St John of God Bunbury Hospital, and private patients at St John of God Murdoch Hospital and St John of God Subiaco Hospital.
