Ordering room service from your mobile
Connect to Wi-Fi
Make sure you are connected to the free guest Wi-Fi to place an online order. Ordering is not available using mobile data.
- Connect to the guest wireless network.
- Enter your details and accept terms and conditions.
- Click the ‘hotspot login’ button.
Ordering your meal
Please read these instructions before logging in and ordering your meal for the first time.
- Visit the mobile meal ordering login page. You can save this webpage you are on now as a bookmark favourite for ease of access for future orders.
- Enter your ID number - this is your hospital UR number, found on your wrist band. (Boarders will need to use their own login details, see FAQs below for more information).
- Enter your temporary PIN. This is your date of birth (DDMMYYYY).
- On first login, you will be asked to change your PIN. Pick a number you will remember and use this for future orders.
- Choose a meal period – breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu is the same all day long and you can order snacks at any time under any of these banners even if you’ve already ordered a main meal.
- Choose a delivery time, select your meal, click submit, and then confirm. You will see receipt of your order.
- Close the tab of the phone browser. The meal ordering login page is a one-time-use link, you will need to re-access via QR code or favourites bookmark each time.
- All done! Your meal will be delivered to you within 45 minutes of the delivery time selected.

FAQ
Yes, you can. Please request your unique identification number from a ward caregiver. Use this, along with your DOB as your PIN, for your login details. Please note, if you are not registered within the system as a boarder this service will not be available to you.
Unfortunately, this service is only for patients and registered boarders and there are meal order limits in place.
Each time you order, once completed, please close the order tab in the browser. Either bookmark this webpage you are on now or use the QR code each time you wish to order.
