Mobile meal ordering

• Make sure you are connected to the free guest Wi-Fi to place an online order. Ordering is not available using mobile data.
• Visit the mobile meal ordering login page. 
• Enter your ID number - this is your hospital UR number, found on your wrist band.
• Enter your temporary PIN. This is your date of birth (DDMMYYYY).
• On first login, you will be asked to change your PIN. Pick a number you will remember and use this for future orders.
• Choose a meal period – breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu is the same all day long and you can order snacks at any time under any of these banners even if you’ve already ordered a main meal.
• Choose a delivery time.
• Choose your meal.
• Click submit and then confirm. You will see a receipt of your order.
• All done! Get ready to enjoy your meal!
