Adult Mental Health Centre co-design workshops

St John of God Health Care has been appointed by the WA Primary Health Alliance to lead the co-design of a new Adult Mental Health Centre in Midland as part of a federally funded national pilot program aimed at easing pressure on public hospital emergency departments.

We want to design the centre with the help of local service providers and consumers to ensure the service design meets the needs of the local community.

Led by facilitators from WellRounded, in partnership with St John of God Health Care, this workshop will further explore the key themes and opportunities raised at previous co-design workshops in order to continue to develop the best approach to delivering this vital service to the Midland community. 

We invite service providers, advocacy groups, consumers, carers and families in the Midland area to register for this event. 

Registration is essential to enable us to safely manage venue capacity.
