Group exercise classes
Participating in group exercise classes with people on a similar rehabilitation journey may help you in your recovery from illness, injury or surgery.
We focus on helping you improve your health and wellbeing by providing a coordinated team approach.
Group exercise classes are structured so that you are with people with similar health issues, and are led by experienced health care professionals.
The aim is to help you improve your strength, balance and ability to move around, all of which is necessary for you to maintain your independence. Group classes also give you a chance to socialise with people going through a similar journey.
Group classes are offered in conjunction with personal one-on-one sessions.
