Dr Melissa Jennings trained in Sydney at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and came to Perth to complete a Fellowship at Royal Perth Hospital in ERCP and biliary medicine.

After expanding her sub-specialty training in ERCP with a Fellowship in Dublin and Trinity College, she returned to a consultant gastroenterology position at Royal Perth Hospital. She has been practicing private gastroenterology since her return in 2010.

Dr Jennings has an interest in general gastroenterology, bowel cancer screening, coeliac disease, eosinophilic oesophagitis, irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease.

Dr Jennings can offer minimal waiting times, welcomes open access referrals and is a no gap provider for gastroscopy and colonoscopy with most health funds.
