Looking ahead: COVID Survey
All healthcare workers, clinical and non clinical are invited to take part in the St John of God Health Care study.
About the study
This study will explore the emotional, physical and mental health of all members of the workforce at St John of God Bunbury Hospital, St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals and St John of God Murdoch Hospital, emerging from the immediate threat of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The study will also seek your perceptions of support and education provided by the organisation to prepare them for the pandemic and beyond as they adapt to working in an environment of prolonged uncertainty. Your input to the study will enable the organisation to tailor support and educational strategies that target future emotional, physical and mental health of our caregivers into the future.
This study focuses on the experiences of all members of the workforce, irrespective of role. You do not need to have worked directly with people with COVID-19 to participate, as we would like to hear from all members of the workforce.
Led by front line caregivers and researchers
Our team includes front line clinicians and researchers from St John of God Bunbury Hospital, St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals, St John of God Murdoch Hospital and the University of Notre Dame Australia. As front line caregivers and researchers living and working through the pandemic, we are committed to identifying the impacts of COVID-19 on our workforce.
