Lawley Bear competition terms and conditions

Competition rules

The Lawley Bear competition is being held and promoted by St John of God Health Care Inc ARBN 051 960 911 ABN 21 930 207 958.

Opening and closing dates

Entries into the competition will be accepted between 3.00pm (WST) on 20 September 2021 and 5.00pm on 1 October 2021 (Submission Period).

After the Submission Period has concluded the Lawley Bear and friend photo will be chosen and the winning Entrant will have also followed the St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital Instagram page and tagged @sjogmtlawley in the photo they're entering in to the competition.

Who may enter

The only people who many enter the competition are:

• The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
• The competition is open to employees of St John of God Health Care.

How to enter

An Entrant must follow the John of God Mt Lawley Hospital (@SJOGMtLawley) Instagram account and tag a friend on the competition post between 3.00pm (WST) on 20 September 2021 and 5.00pm on 1 October 2021 to be entered into the competition.

To receive an extra entry into the competition Entrants can tag #LawleyBear on public Instagram account or email a photo of their Lawley Bear and child/children to [email protected]

Conditions of entry

An entry to the Lawley Bear competition will only be valid if the Entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements for the competition form part of the conditions of entry.

The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Instagram.

All Entrants who provide information to enter this competition provide that information to St John of God Health Care through the Instagram Page and not to Instagram itself.

St John of God Health Care reserves the right to verify the validity of entries received, and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Entries and images may be removed without notice if they do not reflect the Values of St John of God Health Care or are perceived as inappropriate in anyway.

Any photo submitted as part of the competition can be used in any ongoing promotions for St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital.

Selection of the winner and prize details

The winning entry will be selected by St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital.

The winning entrant will be published on the St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital Instagram account on 8 October 2021.

The winner will be notified by 12 October 2021, via their Instagram account and will be given two weeks to contact St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital to provide details of where to send their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The winner will receive a $300 voucher from Baa Baa Baby and a photoshoot worth $450 from Chrystal Creative. The photoshoot must be in the Perth metro area and includes all edited digital images from your session (maternity, newborn or family). The photo session must be used within one year, cannot be booked more than three months in advance and is subject to photographer's availability.

The prize must be accepted as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

If any aspect of the Prize cannot be delivered for any reason, St John of God Health Care reserves the right to substitute the prize for any other item of equal or greater value.

St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

Privacy

Personal information collected by St John of God Health Care in conjunction with this competition will only be used to identify the winner of the competition and for St John of God Health Care's future marketing and promotional activities.

All personal information collected by St John of God Health Care in conjunction with the prize draw will be handled and used in accordance with St John of God Health Care's Privacy Policy, available at online.

Limitation of liability

St John of God Health Care, its employees, agents or contractors will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of this prize draw or the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. In the event that any such liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of St John of God Health Care will not exceed the total cost of the prize (being $750).
