St John of God Health Care has released its first Spotify birth playlist to support mums and families during their birth experience.

The birth playlist was curated by the health care organisation’s midwives based on some of the most popular song choices (as well as some left-field options) they hear in birth suites and theatres.
Songs such as Push it, At last and Perfect feature.
You can listen to the playlist today and share it or save it for when you or your loved ones are about to welcome their newest addition to the world.
