Perth hospitals recognised for workplace diversity
St John of God Subiaco, Murdoch and Mt Lawley hospitals have been recognised for their commitment to workplace diversity at the 2019 Edge Employment Solutions ‘Leading Edge Employment’ Awards.

The hospitals collaborate with Edge Employment Solutions to assist people with disability to secure work with us.
Edge Employment Solutions assists new caregivers at St John of God Health Care WA metropolitan hospitals through the recruitment process, and in integrating into their new role.
This collaboration has earned the three hospitals recognition at the annual awards.
"Of all the organisations we collaborate with, St John of God Health Care has the largest contingent of Edge candidates employed," Edge Employment Solutions Business Development Manager Daniel Doble said.
St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital Environment Services Manager Michael Brown said he was glad to be part of the collaboration.
"It's a pity not all organisations see the potential that people with a disability have for a positive contribution in the workplace. Our partnership with Edge is a successful and very productive one," he said.
"I am proud that our organisation encourages workplace diversity across all our facilities."
The EDGE Awards recognise Perth's leading employers significantly demonstrating the power of diversity through their commitment and support of disability employment.
