St John of God Health Care welcomes new Group CEO
St John of God Health Care Board Chair Kerry Sanderson AC is pleased to welcome Dr Shane Kelly as St John of God Health Care Group Chief Executive Officer today.

Dr Kelly returns to St John of God Health Care, this time as Group CEO. He was previously employed as Chief Executive Officer of St John of God Subiaco Hospital, a position he held for eight years.
Dr Kelly has strong experience managing large and complex private healthcare groups as well as extensive public health experience including a number of Area Health Service Chief Executive roles in WA Health.
Mrs Sanderson said she was looking forward to working with Shane to lead St John of God Health Care through its next phase in continuing the provision of excellent healthcare and hospital services to our communities.
“Shane knows our organisation and the industry well and will hit the ground running,” she said.
“He has always shown great commitment to our Mission and to a person-centred model of excellent care.
“We are delighted to welcome him back to St John of God Health Care as Group CEO.”
Dr Kelly said he was delighted to start in the role and will focus on the provision of excellent care and delivering highly valued patient experience.
