About the Presenter

Professor Cameron Platell is a specialist colorectal surgeon based at St John of God Subiaco Hospital, where he is also the Director of the Colorectal Cancer Research Group. He is also an Academic Professor with the University of Western Australia. He has cared for nearly 1,800 patients with colorectal tumours and 340 patients with severe inflammatory bowel disease.
