Ante natal and post natal water aerobic classes - new timetable

Due to the popularity of our prenatal water aerobics, bookings for new comers are now essential.

The combined ante natal and post natal classes will run on Monday and Thursday evenings from 5.00pm at the St John of God Hydrotherapy Pool, located through the Atrium in Allied Health.

The cost is $18, some private patients can have the cost fully subsidised through their health fund.

Exercise during pregnancy is safe and encouraged for both mum and bub.
