Recognising 27 years of service

This month, St John of God Subiaco Hospital farewelled distinguished orthopaedic spinal surgeon Dr Peter Woodland.

Dr Woodland began working at St John of God Subiaco Hospital in 1993.

Over the past 27 years, Dr Woodland has contributed significantly to the hospital. He was a longstanding Chair of St John of God Subiaco Hospital’s Medical Advisory Committee and a member of the Clinical Safety and Quality Committee.

Dr Woodland also served on a number of prominent boards, and has been heavily involved in student mentoring and teaching orthopaedic registrars.

We would like to thank Dr Woodland for his many years of service and for the care he has provided to patients and to the Western Australian community.
