St John of God Bendigo Hospital Auxiliary, final trade table

The St John of God Bendigo Hospital Auxiliary will be holding their final Christmas Trading Table on 26 November 2022 from 10.00am to 2.00pm before they officially retire.

They have supported the hospital for over 55 years and raised funds for a number of projects around the hospital. Some of these include patient care equipment, such as treadmills for the rehabilitation gym and cots for maternity. They have also purchased cooling caps for the Oncology ward, which aim to help reduce some of the hair loss that takes place when patients undergo chemotherapy treatment.

In total, the Auxiliary have donated more than $1,000,000 to the hospital.

With a current upgrade taking place to the Cardiac Catheter Unit (CCU), some of the funds from the final trading table will go towards support for upskilling of a new cardiac nurse.

What will be available?

There will be a range of items to purchase, including Christmas gifts, baby clothes, knitted keepsakes, baked goods, preserves, and much more.

There will also be a raffle, with some amazing hampers available.

When will it take place?

The final trading table will take place from 10.00am to 2.00pm on Saturday 26 November.

It will be located in the undercover car park on Lily Street.
