Our teams work closely with you and your loved ones throughout your mental health journey.
Inpatient treatment typically consists of an 18 to 21 day stay in hospital depending on your clinical needs. The support you receive will consist of a mix of individual and group-based therapies. We provide inpatient care for conditions such as depression, grief, dementia, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and borderline personality disorder.

Our mental health day programs offer support and treatment in a structured group-based setting. They are designed to provide skills and resources for you to manage your symptoms in everyday life.

Community programs
As a Mission driven, for purpose organisation, our commitment to social justice is part of who we are. We exist to benefit the community, especially those most in need.
One of the ways we do this is by providing a range of free or low-cost community health and wellbeing services for people who may be experiencing vulnerability, disadvantage and mental health issues. This support includes mental wellbeing programs, help for families affected by perinatal anxiety and depression, and services for people living with drug and alcohol dependence.
We also provide accommodation support for people at risk of experiencing homelessness, recognising the close connection between housing, safety and mental wellbeing.

Our mental health therapies
-
Electroconvulsive therapy
We offer electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) as a treatment for a range of mental health conditions including depression, bipolar disorder and psychotic disorders. It is often used if you have not experienced improvements from medication and your specialist refers you for this treatment. -
Schema therapy
Schema therapy is used for patients with anxiety and depression. It helps you to understand your behaviour patterns and triggers and teaches you to actively change the way you feel and think. -
Transcranial magnetic stimulation
Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is used for patients with depression that have not responded to medication or is used in combination with medications. This non-invasive procedure uses magnetic fields to stimulate brain nerve cells.
