Through expert-led sessions on diverticular disease, fatty liver, and IBD, this event equips GPs with practical tools to navigate complex cases, apply current guidelines, and optimise patient outcomes with confidence.

Learning outcomes

  1. Participants will be able to apply dietary management strategies for diverticular disease using current guidelines and red flag criteria for referral.
  2. Participants will be able to identify high-risk individuals with fatty liver disease and determine appropriate primary care management.
  3. Participants will be able to evaluate medication safety, side effects and risks in patients with IBD on new biological therapies.

The session aims to enhance GPs' understanding of these conditions, improving their ability to provide comprehensive and informed care in everyday practice.
