St John of God Murdoch Hospital

This week is Patient Experience Week! This annual week celebrates the impact healthcare workers have on patient experience. Here at Murdoch, the experience of our patients is forefront in everything we do. Pictured here are some of our caregivers who have completed our 3C Champion training. The 3C's program is about delivering person-centred care, focussed on connection, compassion and communication. The emphasis of training this year is on hospitality and how caregivers can extend hospitality to everyone around them in the workplace to make sure that our patients have the very best experience with us during their stay.
