Visiting hours
We warmly welcome visitors each day from 3 pm to 8 pm.
To help ensure a calm and restful environment for our patients, we kindly ask that no more than 2 visitors attend at a time.
We understand some moments are especially important. Exceptions to visiting hours may be arranged in compassionate circumstances, including end-of-life visits, parents or guardians supporting a loved one, or when urgent clinical decisions need to be made.

Getting here and parking
St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital is located at 5 Thirlmere Road, Mt Lawley.
You can access the main hospital building via Thirlmere Road. Please check in with our receptionists on arrival. If you are visiting the Day Therapy Unit, Specialist Rehabilitation Service, or Ursula Frayne Unit, our volunteers are on hand to help guide you to the right entrance.
Specialist appointments are held in the Medical Centre. The most convenient access is via Entry F (located off Ellesmere Road). We recommend parking in P3 or P4 for the shortest walk to your appointment.
Accessibility: For patients and visitors requiring wheelchair access, ramps are located at both the main hospital entrance and the ambulance entrance. Both entry points offer level access to the hospital's ground floor.

Parking fees
Contactless credit card facilities are available at the boom gates. Cash payments are not accepted.
For multi day parking, you can purchase a seven-day parking permit from the hospital’s café for $80.
Please note: unused portions of your parking time cannot be refunded.
