Patient experience survey
To facilitate an effortless feedback process, our hospital uses the net promoter score (NPS) method, which provides patients the opportunity to rate their hospital stay and share their thoughts on the care they received.
When a patient is discharged from hospital, they will receive an SMS with a link to complete the short survey.
