Our approach to supporting people with mental health challenges who are experiencing homelessness
St John of God Casa Venegas supports people whose mental wellbeing and housing have been impacted by trauma, illness or life challenges in New South Wales.
We provide a safe and stable home alongside a trauma-informed, recovery-based model of care. This means support is shaped around what each person wants to achieve whether that’s improving health, reconnecting with family, building life skills or finding a permanent home.
Our caregivers work alongside residents to set goals, strengthen independence and reconnect with community, helping people move forward with dignity, stability and hope.
