You are invited to provide feedback about the care you received during your stay. If you or your family have any concerns whilst in hospital, please speak to a nurse manager or your caregiver.
Concerns or complaints
If you would like to raise a concern or make a complaint about the service or care you received, you can fill in a patient feedback form located on ward reception areas or ask your caregiver to provide you with one.
Alternatively, if you have concerns regarding your medical care, please do not hesitate to discuss these with your doctor.
