At St John of God Frankston Rehabilitation Hospital, we warmly welcome visitors to our hospital and make every effort to make our patients stay as comfortable as possible.
Visiting hours
Monday to Friday: 2 pm to 6 pm
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 12 pm to 6 pm

If you need to visit outside of these hours, please call 03 9788 3333 to speak to the Nurse Unit Manager.
We encourage the assistance of family and friends in providing support and encouragement to patients during their rehabilitation. However, some patients may have restrictions on visiting hours and the number of visitors they can see. This is for their health and wellbeing, please speak to the nursing caregivers if you have any queries.
Pet visiting
We know that pets are important members of the family and welcome them to visit while you recover in hospital.
Our pet visiting area, located near the front entrance of the hospital, offers a perfect spot for you to spend time with your pet, be it your dog, cat, rabbit or lizard. Visitors are also welcome to bring their pet with them while they visit.
Please ensure you inform a caregiver when going to the pet visiting area.

Our professional pastoral services caregivers are an integral part of our multidisciplinary health care team and are available to all our patients and their family members.
