Visitor information for Subiaco Eye Hospital and Day Surgery

Visiting

We encourage a family member, friend or carer to escort patients to our facility.

On arrival at the hospital, we will give you an approximate discharge time.

Visitors may choose to visit the cafe in St John of God Subiaco Hospital or one of the many cafes and shops within easy walking distance of St John of God Subiaco Eye Hospital and Day Surgery.

Getting here and parking

St John of God Subiaco Eye Hospital and Day Surgery is located opposite St John of God Subiaco Hospital, at level 1, 190 Cambridge Street, Wembley.

Patient Assisted Travel Scheme (PATS)

Patients travelling from regional Western Australia may be eligible for the WA Health Department’s Patient Assisted Travel Scheme (PATS). The scheme provides financial assistance for country residents to access medical specialists who aren’t available in their local area.

We are pleased to offer a range of facilities including a cafe and florist at St John of God Subiaco Hospital, located just across the road from St John of God Subiaco Eye Hospital and Day Surgery.

There are also several cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.
