A couple of reminders before you come in:

  • Please ensure your nails are clean and free of nail polish and acrylic nails as they can interfere with monitors we place on your finger/s to measure your heart rate and oxygen levels.
  • For your safety and security, we ask that you please leave your jewellery, cash, and other valuables at home.

When and where to arrive

Please contact your specialist for when you should arrive at our hospital.

When you arrive, look for the green "Main Hospital" sign. Once you have checked in with our friendly reception staff, you will be directed to your correct admission area from there.

Parking

Visitor parking is available onsite, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Charges apply.

**Please note** Parking development works are currently underway on site. Please allow extra time to navigate and park safely, or please arrange to be dropped off where possible.

    Our room service menu allows you to order your food and drinks at a time that suits you, is freshly prepared, and delivered to your room. It is available from 6:30am to 8:00pm, and included in your room fee.
