Mr Ling completed his medical degree at the University of Western Australia. He completed advanced surgical training in Perth, managing a range of Ear Nose and Throat problems, in both adult and paediatric patients in a elective and emergency setting.

Mr Ling then went on to complete a fellowship in Rhinology and Anterior Skull Base Surgery at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, United Kingdom. Focusing on the management of complex sinonasal problems and diseases of the anterior skull base. Mr Ling key interests include general ENT problems, including paediatric ENT such as obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), snoring and ear infections, and adult OSA and snoring.

Mr Ling treats both public and private patients at St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals.
