Dr Cameron Sharp

Dr Cameron is a generalist obstetrician and gynaecologist, with a specialty in fertility and reproductive health.

He completed his MBBS at Monash University, followed by specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology (FRANZCOG) through Monash Health. Upon completion of his training, Cameron pursued a fellowship through Monash IVF, focusing on infertility care, fertility preservation and minimally invasive surgery. His experience at tertiary obstetric services encompasses caring for both low and high risk obstetric patients, alongside specialty gynaecology services.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr Cameron is committed to teaching medical students through Monash University and registrars at Bendigo Health. He believes in fostering the next generation of health care professionals, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide exceptional care.

Dr Cameron advocates for compassionate health care for all patients, regardless of race, gender, or sexual identity. He is particularly dedicated to addressing health disparities and providing empathetic care to the LGBTQIA+ community. With a calm demeanour and unwavering dedication, he strives to create individualised care plans that effectively address a wide range of reproductive, obstetric and gynaecological concerns.

Outside of medicine Dr Cameron enjoys spending time with his young family and enjoying the lifestyle that regional Victoria offers.
