Dr Maor is a West Australian trained orthopaedic surgeon with international expertise and clinical interests in knee, foot & ankle with extensive experience in the paediatric, adult and the athlete population.
Dr Maor was raised in Perth and graduated from medical school at the University of Western Australia. He completed post-fellowship international training in knee, foot and ankle surgery in paediatrics, adults and athletes throughout the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. He currently operates and consults in private with Coastal Orthopaedics and in public at Perth Children's and Fremantle Hospitals.
Dr Maor’s primary focus for his patients is to provide pain relief, improve function and get them back to their best regardless of age or sporting ability, where possible through minimally invasive or arthroscopic surgery. Dr Maor always aims to provide the best outcome for his patients’ by utilising evidence based conservative and surgical treatment modalities.
He works closely with doctors, physiotherapists, OTs and podiatrists to ensure that every option is considered to provide optimal, patient specific and timely treatment.
