Mr Bob Steele

Mr Robert Steele is an internationally trained orthopaedic surgeon with sub-speciality areas of interest in hip and knee surgery. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1994. He went on to complete his orthopaedic training here in Victoria prior to undertaking highly sought after fellowships in the UK in lower limb joint replacement surgery and sports surgery of the knee.

Mr Steele has a healthy interest in teaching having held faculty positions at the University of Melbourne and Stanford University, California. He continues to be actively involved with registrar training. Mr Steele is a member of the Australian Orthopaedic Association, the Australian Medical Association, Australian knee society and Australian Arthroplasty society, Orthosport Victoria, and the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine.
