Dr Donald Latchem

General cardiologist with special clinical interest in coronary intervention.

Donald graduated from the University of Western Australia (UWA) in 1989 and trained in cardiology at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney and Fremantle Hospital. He did advanced training in interventional cardiology in Lausanne, Switzerland, before returning to private practice at St John of God Murdoch Hospital in 2000. In 2006 Donald was appointed as an interventional cardiologist at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.

Donald’s particular interests are in the management of acute and chronic coronary syndromes and interventional cardiology. Donald has appointments at St John of God Murdoch Hospital and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. He consults in Murdoch, Nedlands, and Mandurah.
