Dr Wen-Chan Yeow is a local University of Western Australia graduate who has completed two years post fellowship training in Breast and Oncoplastic surgery. The first year was at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in 2009, followed by another year at the world leading cancer centre, The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, London.

She also worked a year as a locum consultant at The Marsden before returning to Perth in 2012 to start her practice as a Breast and Oncoplastic Surgeon.

Her interests are:

• Surgical techniques to reduce the potential gross deformity following breast conservation surgery
• Breast reconstruction following mastectomies
• Symmetrising the contralateral breast either with reduction or augmentation.

She offers a full spectrum breast cancer and benign breast disease surgical care and follow up.

She is a current clinical senior lecturer at the University of Western Australia and has a public appointment at Fremantle Hospital and Fiona Stanley Hospital.

Dr Yeow is also available for general surgical cases such as laparoscopic cholecystectomy, inguinal/femoral/umbilical hernias, lymph node biopsies, skin lesions.
