Mr Cyril Tsan is a general surgeon whose major areas of specialty are:

• breast cancer
• thyroid surgery
• parathyroid surgery
• laparoscopic surgery including hernia and gallbladder surgery.

Mr Tsan has an ultrasound in the rooms to perform targeted US and FNA of thyroid and breast lesions.

Mr Tsan graduated from University of Melbourne in 1996 and pursued general surgery as a specialty. After completing his fellowship in general surgery in 2007, he completed a sub-specialty breast and endocrine fellowship at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Adelaide in 2008. This hospital is one of the major tertiary referral centres for breast cancer, thyroid and parathyroid surgery. He has public appointments at Monash Breast Unit, Casey General Surgical unit and Warragul Hospital.

Mr Tsan has access to a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care for both public and private breast cancer patients, including breast reconstruction services.
