Dr Sewak combines extensive experience with a genuine commitment to patient welfare. He joined Peninsula Health in 2009 as a consultant Medical Oncologist. As well as consulting in Berwick, he also consults at Noble Park at Frankston. He has a broad range of experience in all tumour types and his research interests include genitourinary malignancy, lung, and gastrointestinal cancers.

Dr Sewak has also been a Lead Investigator in a number of trials involving prostate, renal, and bladder cancers at both PASO and Peninsula Health. Dr Sewak is an active member of the Medical Oncology Group of Australia, Victorian Clinical Oncology Group, Australian and New Zealand Urological Prostate Group, Australian and New Zealand Breast Cancer Trials Group and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. 

After graduating from Melbourne University in 1989 with a MBBS he trained in Internal Medicine. He did his Medical Oncology advanced training in Sydney and received his Fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 1999. Dr Sewak is excited to join the team of specialists at St John of God Hospital at Berwick consulting at St John of God Specialist Centre, Level 1 55 Kangan Drive, Berwick.
