Mr Hanu Chouhan is a colorectal and general surgeon who has clinical interests in minimally invasive techniques such as laparoscopic and robotic surgery. He has expertise and experience in treating a wide range of colorectal and general surgical conditions.

He trained in South Australia becoming a FRACS in 2013 and then has followed with four years of sub-specialty training in Colorectal. Dr Chouhan is a member of RACS, CSSANZ, General Surgeons Australia (GSA).

His field of expertise includes laparoscopic minimally invasive and robotic colorectal surgery, laparoscopic and open hernia repairs, colorectal cancer inflammatory bowel disease, rectal prolapse and incontinence surgery, perianal conditions - haemorrhoids, fissures and anal fistulae colonoscopy, gastroscopy, polypectomy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, benign soft tissue tumours, lipomas appendicitis, pilonidal sinus and abscesses.
