Mr Robert Wood is an orthopaedic surgeon practicing general orthopaedics with an emphasis on shoulder arthroscopy and replacement, lower limb surgery, with special interests in anterior approach hip replacement, hip arthroscopic surgery, knee replacement and minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery.


Mr Wood graduated from Monash University in 1990 and completed his specialist training in orthopaedics in 2000. He is currently practicing at the Geelong Private Medical Centre and St Vincent’s Private Hospital, Werribee and has a special interest in the following:



• Sports Surgery


• Shoulder and Knee Arthroscopy


• Knee, Hip and Shoulder Replacement Surgery
