Dr Fiona Whelan is an otolaryngologist who treats patients at St John of God Murdoch Hospital.Dr Whelan graduated from the University of Western Australia and completed her internship at Fremantle Hospital. She completed her training in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery and was admitted to the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in 2008.Dr Whelan then completed a 12-month Fellowship in general ear nose and throat and head and neck surgery in Brisbane. Having developed a particular interest in head and neck surgery, she underwent a further 12 month Fellowship in Canada, gaining further experience in all aspects of head and neck surgery, including oncology, endocrine surgery and reconstruction.Dr Whelan welcomes all general paediatric and adult ENT and Head and Neck referrals. She also teaches medical students and junior doctors.
