Dr Vasudevan is a locally trained urologist who graduated from the University of Western Australia Medical School in 1998. He went on to compete his urology training in WA in 2008 and has been in private practice since 2009.


His urology interests include:



• Robotic surgery for prostate cancer (robotic radical prostatectomy)


• Laproscopic surgery: dealing with all urology cancers (kidney, bladder, prostate and testis) and surgery for enlarged prostates, eg: bipolar TURP


• Minimally invasive UroLift procedure for treating enlarged prostates


• Surgery for kidney stones


• Robotic radical nephrectomy


• Robotic radical nephro-ureterectomy


• Robotic pyeloplasty


• All general urological conditions



• He also works at Armadale Hospital, where he operates on public patients. He will consult both insured and uninsured patients via his rooms in Winthrop.
