Dr Ken Thong is an endocrinologist providing all aspects of endocrine care for inpatients and outpatients at St John of God Murdoch Hospital.
He has published numerous papers on new treatments for type 2 diabetes and has presented findings at international meetings. He has served as a senior lecturer for the University of Western Australia. He participates in an Indigenous outreach clinic. He has been the Clinical Lead for the Department of Endocrinology and Diabetes in Rockingham General Hospital. He is a finalist for the SMHS Awards for Excellence in Sustainability in 2024.
