Mr Bruce Stewart is a specialist general surgeon with an interest in both colorectal and thoracic surgery.
He trained at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and subsequently at St Vincent's Hospital in Melbourne, The Royal Brisbane Hospital and Baragwanath Hospital in South Africa.
He performs a full range of colorectal surgery with a special interest in laparoscopic colorectal surgery.
He also provides minimally invasive transanal surgery. He also performs a full range of thoracic surgery including bronchoscopy, mediastinoscopy and minimally invasive thoracoscopic lung surgery.
He is a member of The Colorectal Surgical Society of Australia and New Zealand and the thoracic section of The Royal College of Surgeons.
